Then identify the specific actions that you will need to execute in the upcoming year to move your career ahead and align with the multi-year vision. Include the timeline for evaluating or planning your next move (approximately 2 years into the current role/assignment)
DEVELOP Your Personal and Professional Network Plan
Expand and/or nurture your personal support group or network by using your Leadership Network Assessment to develop an action plan for each relationship. Identify and build your personal board of advisors that can support your professional vision and your Career Plan.
